THE INSTRUMENT

CRI Dynamic Assessment™:
Is a series of 70 open ended questions designed to assess the perceptions of past, present, and future dynamics within the organizations infrastructure. The CRI Dynamic Assessment™ will accurately determine the present organization needs to be addressed, anchor specific situations and events that have effected performance, and provide data for planning next steps to healthy growth.  Each questionnaire takes  approximately one hour to complete. The Dynamic Assessment consists on questions designed to probe the perceptions of each infrastructure condition with specific situational experiences to document behavior, culture condition, reaction and resultant circumstances on the organization. The Dynamic assessment is available for in-company self administration upon request.

 

THE PROCESS:

            Select the sampling of management and employees throughout the organization (It is recommended that a proportionate sampling be selected from several levels within the organization) to provides a rich culture foundation for planning change strategies. The questions  are structured and designed to extract specific situational information to further clarify each dimension of organizational performance.

 

THE RESULTS:

            The results are reported as a compilation of unedited responses categorized into the 12 specific areas of infrastructure performance. No attempt to sterilize or manipulate the data is done. The data is strictly confidential and no identification with individual respondents is provided, however, the information can be organized to provide aggregate feedback to help pinpoint areas (levels) within the organization needing attention as determined by the initial application criteria.  

  • When used in tandem with the CRI Static Assessment, the results provide a customized data base for specific company and culture reference.

Interview Process:  Approximately 2 hrs. per participant @ $175.00 per hour.

Report Summary and Compilation:  Approximately 13-18 hours @ $175.00 per hour

 

CRI Dynamic Assessment: Each participant will be administered a 70 question assessment  which will be compiled to reflect PAST, PRESENT and  FUTURE state responses in 12 infrastructure conditions. The information is provided in unedited format for organizational analysis, change facilitation and strategic consideration.  This is a web-based interactive instrument allows an organization to create point-in-time references for strategic planning and infrastructure development.
