Dougherty & Associates, through the relationships and knowledge developed during the Culture, Values and Team Retreat©, is uniquely positioned to provide follow up services to clearly define the organizational culture, mission, support infrastructure strategies, develop structures and systems, support people processes of staffing assessment and assignment, create training processes to support culture integration, and implement disciplines for management effectiveness.
THE PROCESS
The Culture, Values and Team Retreat integrates Teamwork & Culture beginning with a 1 day planning session to review data gained through the Team Development process. The assessment is assimilated into a strategic plan of action with specific accountabilities for team members to manage the infrastructure and culture of change beyond their normal fiscal responsibilities. A series of consultation interactions are then provided for 60-90 days to support the development of each team member. (This Follow-up process, can be incorporated into the Culture, Values and Team Retreat © session as the third (3) day, fits nicely as the strategic goal planning and goal review for current year goals as well as next year goals. This is included at no addition expense.)
OBJECTIVES OUTLINE AND OUTCOMES
The Culture, Values and Team Retreat Follow-Up session will:
- Review of Success and Communication/Listening Process
- Prioritize and clarify values
- Review and prioritize the Change Resonance Imaging results and develop appropriate action plans for success
- Potential and Personal focus (dyads)
- Writing personal mission
- Goal Setting and personal plan of action
- Brainstorm company Values/ Focal Statements/ Department Behaviors
- Develop a professional plan of action / personal behaviors (For review w/ supervisor.)
- Integrate competencies and performance appraisal (Perform)
