The POSITIVE IMAGE BUILDING (EMBRACINGCHANGE AND HIGHER PERFORMANCE) Seminar is a series of proven concepts for embracing change and higher performance taught by defining each characteristic of performance, associating the concepts with vivid real-life experiences, and relating each concept at a personal level with each participant. The participant, by following the guided journey provided throughout the exercises in this workshop will be able to apply the proven concepts to their own life, their own career and achieve greater personal and professional success and balance. The workshop design is anchored in a building block sequence of concepts, personal reflection, and goal setting, culminating in a dynamic personal Plan of Action. The Positive Image Building Seminar is designed to create an understanding the dynamics of change and it’s effects on performance, provide personal tools required to manage higher performance, develop an awareness of shifting work habits and provide proven coping skills to enhance performance; strategies to develop realistic and effective expectations; tools for managing the psychological front and a plan of action to manage the short term and focus on the long term success.

The seminar is designed to create a positive environment for change and higher performance. It provides a conceptual learning process that focuses on INDIVIDUAL performance, eliminates barriers to increased effectiveness and creates an atmosphere for growth and development. In a systematic way, it reviews how attitudes are formed and how they can place limits on human performance. Attendees are able to evaluate the extent to which their attitudes might be limiting their potential and success.

The program builds self-image and self-esteem with participants and enhances positive attitudes that expand comfort zones of effectiveness. Through highlighting awareness, the use of imagination and personal value clarification, each individual is taught the tools for achieving personal goals and self-motivation, balance work/home life, and bring personal awareness to goal setting. The process is used to put tools in place that tie a business Plan of Action to a Personal Plan of Action.
